IQSTEL says July pace tops $430 million goal

What happened

On September 22, 2026, IQSTEL Inc. (NASDAQ: IQST) said July net revenue was $37.5 million. That points to a $450 million annualized revenue run rate.

The filing said those July results support a $430 million full-year revenue objective. It also said the planned Ultranet acquisition is expected to contribute $4.5 million in net income.

A separate release in the filing said IQSTEL Digital modeled microdrama subscriptions at $4 to $6 a month. At 300,000 active paid monthly subscriptions, it estimated $1.8 million to $3.6 million in annualized profit contribution. The filing framed that as a model.

Why it matters

OptimistFi's case is that IQST needs scale and newer offerings to turn into durable gross-margin expansion and positive cash generation. This filing supports that view by showing a higher revenue pace and a possible higher-margin digital line.

The annualized run rate is 4.7% above the $430 million full-year revenue objective. But it comes from one month only. The microdrama numbers are illustrations only and depend on operator agreements, revenue-sharing arrangements, subscription pricing, customer activation, retention and churn.

The filing also points to a category that Omdia said reached about $11 billion in 2025 and is expected to be about $14 billion by the end of 2026. IQSTEL says its telecom relationships span more than 600 operators across 24 countries and may reach about 2.3 billion end users.

What's next

The filing points to two future tests. IQSTEL said it previously aimed to reach mobile-operator distribution channels for about 40 million mobile users by the end of the second quarter of 2027.

It also previously set an illustrative objective of 500,000 gross paying subscriptions by the end of 2027. Actual operator agreements, commercial launches and subscription performance would strengthen the case. Delays or weak retention would weaken it.

The planned Ultranet acquisition is still pending, and the filing gives no closing date. The microdrama service also has no definitive operator agreements or launch date yet.
