What happened
Cosmos Health Inc. (NASDAQ: COSM) said preliminary nine-month revenue rose 19% to $54.3 million, and Q3 revenue reached $17.4 million. The company issued the press release on October 7, 2026, and said the figures are preliminary and unaudited.
The company said the nine-month total was $8.7 million above the same period of 2025 and nearly matched full-year 2024 revenue of $54.4 million. It added that Q3 was a record and that each quarter of 2026 set a record for its period. Cosmos Health also reaffirmed its expectation that full-year 2026 revenue will surpass $90 million.

Why it matters
OptimistFi's case is that Cosmos Health's pharmacy distribution base can create value only if owned brands and vertical integration stop the business from consuming cash. This release strengthens the top-line part of that argument, because revenue keeps rising across the company's core segments.
The company said Cana Laboratories reached a record production pipeline of more than 32.7 million units, and CosmoFarm delivered record volumes across more than 1,500 pharmacies. Nine-month revenue of $54.3 million is 83% of record full-year 2025 revenue of $65.3 million, so the company entered the fourth quarter close to last year's annual level. The limit is that the figures are preliminary and unaudited, so the release is still a snapshot rather than a final test.
The outlook above $90 million will matter most if the reported numbers confirm the record run rate and the fourth quarter follows through.

What's next
Cosmos Health said its complete third-quarter results will be reported in its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the period ended September 30, 2026. That filing will show whether the record third quarter and the over-$90 million outlook remain intact.
If the 10-Q confirms both, it would support the revenue-led turnaround case. If the reported quarter is softer, the recent run of record periods would look less durable.
