Why it matters
OptimistFi's case is that PWCM is a high-risk option on a successful Bitcoin treasury and mining pivot that funds a subscale specialty-finance platform. It is not yet a proven durable compounder.
This update strengthens that case because September mined Bitcoin rose 2.2 BTC year over year. The company also repaid the Bitcoin-backed facility in full and cut secured debt to $1.25 million.
Energy sales gave the company another cash source. PowerCompute said heat-related curtailment at its Oklahoma and Mississippi sites helped generate the $89,000.
The downside is that the filing is preliminary and unaudited, and Bitcoin held fell after the repayment. The company has fewer coins on hand now.

What's next
The next quarterly report will show whether mining and energy sales stay near September levels after the facility repayment.
Higher mined Bitcoin and steadier energy-sales cash would support the pivot. A weaker quarter would make this update look less durable.
The case still depends on operating output, not just one debt repayment.
