Why it matters
OptimistFi's case is that Vistra's value depends on durable scarcity power and access to financing. This amendment supports the financing side of that view by pushing the maturity out by 364 days while leaving the commitment pool at $1.75 billion.
The change does not add new borrowing capacity. It keeps the existing line in place for longer. That makes the filing about flexibility, not the operating story.
The upfront fee adds a small cost to preserve the line. The bigger caution is the one the filing states. The amendment works only if its conditions are met, including no Default or Event of Default. The clearest change for investors is the move in maturity date by one year.

What's next
The next dated checkpoint is September 29, 2027, when the revolver now matures. Another extension before then would support the financing case. Reaching that date without a new arrangement would weaken it.
That date is now the main checkpoint for the company's credit access. Investors can compare the amended schedule and maturity date with any later amendment or repayment.
