What happened
NeuroOne Medical Technologies Corporation (NASDAQ: NMTC) said preliminary fourth-quarter product revenue was $3.8 million. That was up 38.4% from $2.7 million a year earlier.
The company also said full-year product revenue should be about $10.5 million. That would put it at the top of guidance and up 15.6% from the prior year.
About $1.0 million shipped in September 2026. The remaining $3.6 million is expected to begin shipping in the first quarter of fiscal 2027 and into the second quarter, subject to manufacturing and delivery schedules.
NeuroOne said the order gives it more visibility into shipments, cash flow and revenue opportunities as fiscal 2027 begins.

Why it matters
OptimistFi's case is that NeuroOne needs product revenue and orders to keep building the business. This filing strengthens that case because revenue reached the top of guidance and the company booked a record order.
Full-year product revenue came in at about $10.5 million, the top of the previously announced $9.2 million to $10.5 million range. The company also said product orders rose 24.2% in fiscal 2026 from fiscal 2025.
NeuroOne said total open purchase orders for shipments through the first quarter of fiscal 2027 reached $5.4 million as of September 30, 2026. OptimistFi's calculation shows fourth-quarter product revenue rose by about $1.1 million from about $2.7 million a year earlier.
That helps show the pace of growth. But the figures are preliminary and unaudited. The filing also says the remaining $3.6 million is still subject to manufacturing and delivery schedules.

What's next
NeuroOne said complete fourth-quarter and full-year fiscal 2026 results are expected in December 2026 with its Annual Report on Form 10-K. The preliminary figures are still subject to year-end accounting and audit procedures, so the final numbers can change. Investors will then be able to compare the preview with the audited filing. That will show whether the record order converted into shipped revenue on schedule.
