Why it matters

OptimistFi's case is that Snowflake works if it remains the cloud data-and-AI platform customers expand usage on, while proving that consumption growth can become durable cash flow rather than GAAP losses.

This filing is mixed for that view.

The 15,000-share sale was about 4.6% of the 328,738 shares held before the trade, and Kleinerman still held 313,738 shares afterward.

The post-sale position leaves Kleinerman with continued exposure to Snowflake's stock price.

That size makes the sale notable, but the Rule 10b5-1 language keeps the signal muted.

The strongest caveat is that the filing says the sale followed a Rule 10b5-1 trading plan adopted on December 26, 2025, so it can read as a preplanned liquidity event.

That leaves the ownership signal mixed, not decisive.

What's next

Snowflake's next quarterly report is the next scheduled test of whether usage growth keeps translating into cash flow.

A report that shows that pattern continuing would strengthen the case.

A report that shows slower usage growth or weaker cash flow would weaken it.

That report is the clearest future check the filing points to.

That report comes next.
