This is ridiculous why would they make a minimum requirement for BMI index? You do know that these things are not very accurate when it comes to measuring.

I don't find over eatting the sole problem of obesity. According to how many people think, I should be as big as a boat right now. I'm most likely one of the unhealthiest and heaviest eatters you'll meet, I'm around 118 pounds, 5"4, female, and I never exercise :] Who cares if they are obese? What they eat is up to them, what they do is up to them, not the school.

a little gestapo-ish, but maybe we should acknowledge the obesity problems in the US, and work to mitigate them. I'm not sure if humiliation is the route though...
